Gelmatic builds machines for soft serve, express gelato, frozen yogurt, frozen beverages and single-portion frozen desserts. Customers range from gelato parlours, yogurt bars and patisseries to cinemas, fast-food outlets, cruise ships, service stations and canteens. The line-up spans the Standard, Giotto, Lab, Combi, Automatic and Fantasy families, with single and twin-flavour, countertop and floor-standing models; Giotto machines adjust viscosity, temperature and overrun to suit different recipes. With more than 50 years in express freezing, Gelmatic produces its machines at two plants in Grassobbio and Orio al Serio, near Bergamo. Its GTECH, GCARE and GLEARN services add connected technology, maintenance support and operator training.
