Feria del Helado, officially the Feria Internacional del Helado y la Paleta (FIHEP), is Mexico's trade fair for the ice cream and paleta (Mexican ice pop) industry. It takes place at Expo Guadalajara, and the next edition runs 25–27 February 2027 alongside Expro Repostero, a pastry fair. Exhibitors show ingredients, machinery, display cases, packaging and complete set-ups for ice cream and frozen-dessert shops, and the fair draws more than 5,000 visitors. The programme includes the Academia del Helado, a cycle of training sessions and talks for ice cream makers and new business owners, and the Copa Helado competition. Entry is limited to visitors aged 16 and over. The fair is organised by Expro JHR of Guadalajara.
